Our client is a globally recognised, innovation-led agency delivering integrated creative solutions for major brands. They are looking for an experienced Creative Director to join their team on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role with one work-from-home day per week, offering the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-performing environment alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Working within a global business that delivers integrated marketing and business solutions, you will play a key role in leading creative output, guiding teams, and ensuring campaigns meet both strategic and executional excellence. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead creative direction across integrated campaigns spanning brand, digital, and multi-channel platforms.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire creative teams to deliver high-quality work at pace.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategic creative direction.
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand objectives, campaign goals, and business strategy.
- Oversee concept development from ideation through execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, production, and account management.
- Maintain consistently high creative standards across all deliverables.
- Present concepts and strategic creative rationale to stakeholders and clients.
- Drive innovation while ensuring delivery timelines and priorities are met.
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership role within an agency environment.
- Strong conceptual background with a portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign leadership.
- Experience leading teams and managing creative workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence direction.
- Experience working on technology or product-focused campaigns preferred.
- Background in design or art direction highly regarded.
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
