Creative Traffic Manager – Contract / Part Time

Our client is a values-driven creative agency, located in Ponsonby, Auckland, who are passionate about helping clients make a positive impact.  They are looking for an intermediate to senior creative traffic manager for an initial 3 month contract, 25hours/week, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

You will have prior agency experience, have excellent communication skills, are able to liaise with individual team members and provide timely updates and be comfortable attending meetings with clients and communicating with clients when needed. You will be intuitive with project management software like ClickUp, Trello or Monday.com.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning Quarterly & Monthly Workflow: Be able to block plan work flow allocation in workflow management tool ClickUp or workflow tool. Forward plan workflow with support from senior team.
  • Timeline Management: Create and manage production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met, and that potential bottlenecks are addressed proactively.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the flow of projects through all stages of production, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of creative assets across multiple departments (concept, copy design, artwork and video editing.)
  • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to the appropriate team members, balancing workload and ensuring resources are utilised effectively to meet project goals.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot potential issues in the production process, providing solutions to ensure smooth operations and on-time project completion.
