CRM Specialist

They are on a mission to build deeper, more meaningful connections with their customers - and searching for a passionate, data-driven CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead that charge.

This is your chance to own how to keep customers coming back, not just with promotions, but with purpose. You will lead the CRM and loyalty strategy, from high-performing EDMs to smart lifecycle marketing and personalised moments that build lasting relationships.

What you will do:

  • Own the CRM strategy - develop segmentation, journeys, and retention plans that keep customers engaged.
  • Lead EDMs - deliver campaigns that perform, while bringing the brand to life in every send.
  • Level up the loyalty program - build rewards and recognition moments our customers love.
  • Optimise through personalisation - use Klaviyo and automation to create tailored, timely interactions.
  • Collaborate with eComm, social, creative, and retail - ensuring the full customer journey is connected and cohesive.

 

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years in CRM, retention or loyalty marketing.
  • Proven experience with Klaviyo (ideal) flows, automation, and performance analytics.
  • A data-led, customer-obsessed mindset.
  • A strong grasp of segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey design.
  • Bonus points for experience in Shopify and loyalty tools.
