Digital Account Manager  

Our client is a leading and innovative company that thrives on driving exceptional results for clients through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their fast growing team.

As a key member of the client success team, you will play a critical role in driving partnership growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Serving as the point of contact for clients, you will have experience maintaining and growing relationships with clients to increase revenue and maximize client retention with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue. You will be able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget, manage client contracts, including renewals and negotiations, and track and report on account performance, including revenue and client satisfaction metrics.

With a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Digital Account Management ideally in an agency environment, you will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development, with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Passionate about the industry, you will enjoy staying on top of digital trends.
