Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong content focus to join their team Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have a relevant degree and experience ideally in the arts and culture sector.

This role will suit an experienced professional who is proficient across all digital and social media platforms. This role will have overall responsibility for the content creation and delivery of the digital marketing strategy.

You will be a strategic and creative thinker with the strong ability to target audiences across a variety of digital, e-commerce and social media channels. This is a role that requires a strong and creative leader to work with the Marketing team to drive results.

The responsibilities include:

• To create, manage, and execute digital marketing strategy across social media, digital advertising, and online platforms, in alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity and objectives.
• Take ownership of social media presence, managing content strategy, post scheduling, and community engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative, sophisticated yet irreverent content, ensuring brand tone is consistently reflected across video, imagery, and copy.
• Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, leveraging audience targeting, marketing funnels, and analytics to optimise performance.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, and ideally photography / design experience.
