This role demands proven capability in the following areas:

  • Design thinking: Craft elegant solutions to complex problems with a strong focus on user needs. Problems you'll help solve will vary from the concrete (the boxology of a unit carton dieline) to the conceptual (a customer journey).
  • Technical excellence: Understand print and digital design terminology, processes, and software.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Effectively cooperate with, and learn from, colleagues in design, supply chain, project management, and technology teams.
  • Curiosity and initiative: Dive into a transformative vision for beauty innovation and manufacturing and make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Design Operations team by completing and checking finished artwork
  • Ensure on-brief, to-spec product outcomes by reviewing print proofs from suppliers before sampling and manufacturing
  • Assist the Quality Management team by providing expert design feedback during quality control (QC) of product samples and production units, including print quality, alignment, and Pantone colour accuracy
  • Colour grade, composite, edit, and retouch formulation swatch photography to produce colour-correct imagery suitable for e-commerce and print media
  • Develop expertise in print, packaging design, and boxology using supply chain insights to help bring products to market
  • Contribute to marketing and growth efforts by creating social content, event collateral, merchandise, and client-facing presentations

About You:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, especially real-world work in packaging, branding, or digital
  • A keen eye for typography, colour, layout, and design systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and file accuracy
  • Clear and confident communicator with fluent English
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with social media and AI tools is a plus
  • Bonus points for experience in motion/animation and 3D modelling
  • Eager to learn, grow, and see your designs come to life in the real world

If you are a precise, ambitious designer who wants to make a tangible impact with your work, we would love to hear from you.

Due to the volume of applications, we can only reply to candidates who are suitable for our current roles.
