Fintech Growth Marketing Manager
Our client, a Fintech Startup, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. They are within the investment space, giving traders the chance to invest in their favourite stocks and then use options to protect or power their investments without paying any commission. They are about to officially launch, and are in need of a talented growth marketing professional to help build their community, wait list, and future user base.
This role requires someone who is performance focussed with hands on experience in handling multi-channel go-to-market campaigns. You will understand the intricacies of growth marketing, paid ad networks and bring a passion for thinking of creative ways of growing communities and good experience in performance and PPC. You will be responsible for forecasting and executing paid campaigns across a variety of platforms with the aim of rapidly growing and retaining their user base.
Previous experience working within the fintech startup space is a must for this role, and even better if you have a passion for investing and/or trading.
What the role involves:
- Design, implement and adapt performance marketing strategy to achieve our business goals
- Own paid acquisition channels, driving sign-ups to our waitlist followed by app downloads and registrations
- Proactively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the channel mix
- Understanding the target audience to define and bring segmentation strategies to execution for all channels
- Ensure proper tracking, attribution reporting and optimisation of the budget and campaigns
- Make data driven, strategic decisions to optimise channel-mix and optimise CAC
- Experimenting, monitoring and continually optimising targeted campaigns through channels such as Google & Meta Ads
- Build brand awareness through events and growth marketing channels
- Identifying and optimising performance channels
- A/B Testing
- Identify growth hacking opportunities
- Managing advertising budgets
- Ability to adapt and execute quality work at a high pace
Your background:
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- Growth hacking experience
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate results and insights from performance marketing strategies to the wider business
- Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business and other data analytics tools
- Proven expertise creating, executing, analysing and optimising campaigns
- SEO Optimisation
