Intermediate Graphic Designer

About the role:
As an Intermediate Designer on this Creative Team, you will contribute to shaping the visual identity of this global company offering through thoughtful, high quality design execution.
You will work closely with senior creatives and cross functional teams to create engaging visual assets that bring product stories to life across digital, video, and retail touchpoints.
From social media, showroom content and POS, you will help translate brand strategy into compelling creative work that resonates with their audiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Execution
- Create brand-aligned visuals for digital (social, eComm), video (showroom assets), and retail (shelf, POS) environments
- Support asset production from concept through to final delivery- including motion graphics, photoshoot prep, and video editing
- Contribute to the development of visual campaigns that translate product and brand narratives into engaging content
- Design motion assets (e.g. animated reels, product demos, short-form brand videos) using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Collaborate with the in-house 3D and motion teams to execute creative idea
- Assist in building mood boards, templates, and brand style guides under the guidance of senior team members
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and timelines
Brand Development & Quality
- Help evolve visual identities to keep brands fresh, trend-forward, and category-relevant
- Apply design insights drawn from trends, packaging innovation, and kids’ content culture
- Maintain visual quality and consistency across all outputs in line with established brand guidelines
- Support production workflows for packaging and promotional material
- Liaise with external partners (illustrators, animators, photographers) as needed to support project delivery
- Uphold visual standards and contribute to cross-functional alignment on creative
- Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions to support the development of new brands, products, and campaigns
You have a strong eye for design, an understanding of brand systems, and hands-on experience using Adobe CC with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma. You are proactive, collaborative, and excited to work across a diverse portfolio of brands — contributing to everything from daily content to global campaigns.
What you will bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe CC with After Effects, Premiere, and Figma
- Strong visual skills—layout, typography, colour, animation, and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with a fast, flexible workflow
- Skilled at managing multiple projects to tight timelines
- Collaborative and self-directed with strong communication skills
- Proficient in project tools like Hive, Airtable, or similar
Added Advantage
- Experience with 3D design tools (Cinema 4D or Blender Illustration or storyboarding capabilities
- Familiarity with trends in branding and digital-first marketing
- Experience managing or briefing external creatives
