Marketing Coordinator / Digital Communicator
Our client is a dynamic and growing creative agency, offering services in Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing Strategy, and Advertising. Located in Albury, NSW this is an onsite role, where you will work with a wide variety of clients across different industries, delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions.
You will be an organised and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator / Digital Communicator with prior experience. In this role, you will assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, manage digital communications, and ensure that all brand messaging across various platforms is cohesive and impactful. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, social media, and creative strategy, who wants to take their skills to the next level in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies.
- Manage content and updates across all digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the web design and creative teams to ensure websites and other digital assets are optimised for user experience, engagement, and SEO.
- Develop and schedule social media content for the company and clients, engaging with audiences and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Write and curate content for digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., social media, website traffic, email marketing), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other digital assets.
- Assist in coordinating and promoting events, client meetings, and workshops.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, implementing best practices across all digital channels.
- Support the CEO and senior team with digital communications and marketing-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or digital communications role, with hands-on experience in coordinating campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Squarespace.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital communication.
