Paid Media Specialist
Our client is a creative film agency who are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to develop, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns for their clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn ads and a proven track record of generating leads and driving results in e-commerce and service-based industries. This will start as a freelance assignment, offering a minimum of 8 hours a week / 1 day and a maximum of 40 hours per week / 5 days depending on workload. This could turn into a more permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Implement and verify conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant platform pixels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad materials.
- Manage campaign budgets and adjust strategies to meet client goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven professional experience in a paid media role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
- Excellent attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
