Project / Traffic Manager

There are 18 offices globally and a team of over 5000 passionate, ambitious, and incredibly talented individuals. They have an exciting and rare opportunity to join the team as Project Manager where you will be across the workflow and traffic management, based in their Ponsonby, Auckland office.

The Design Project Manager plays a key role in driving the efficiency, consistency, and creative excellence of their brand communications. Acting as a bridge between global marketing, creative teams, and other key stakeholders, this role oversees the development and execution of assets and digital showroom projects that bring our brands to life across the globe.

With a strong understanding of creative workflows and commercial objectives, you are a highly organised, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. In this role, you will manage global asset creation and toolkits, support the production of cutting-edge content, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Managing design team workflow across both NZ and China design teams and the various channels
• Proofing assets and checking incoming briefs and outgoing proofs from the design team
• Ensuring assets delivered are the right spec and quality for the execution type, including screen layouts and interactive experiences.
•  File management of final proofs and artwork
• Oversee the deployment of assets
• Driving efficiency
