Senior Graphic Designer & Photo Retoucher

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer / Retoucher to join a collaborative in-house creative team on a full-time basis. This role blends strong conceptual design with expert-level photo retouching, supporting a range of brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.

Your day-to-day:

• Design high-quality creative assets for digital, social media, print, and campaigns
• Retouch photography to a professional standard for eComm, marketing, and social content
• Support or lead in-house photography shoots when needed
• Ensure all creative output is visually consistent and aligned with brand direction
• Optimise assets for use across websites, social platforms, and digital advertising
• Participate in concept development and creative brainstorms
• Stay current with design and retouching techniques, including AI tools and software
• Work flexibly and assist with broader team tasks when required

What you bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design and photo retouching
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing design, branding, and retouching skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Sharp attention to detail, a strong eye for layout and composition
• Good understanding of photography lighting and studio processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail is a plus
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to work hands-on with a small team
