Social Media Lead

Our client is a well-regarded global not-for-profit focusing on the well-being of children. They are looking for a Social Media Lead to join their team.

This role will own and lead the social media strategy and execution across the social media channels. Sitting within the Brand team, this role leads how the organisation shows up in social spaces – from the stories they tell, to the way they engage, listen and connect with communities.

This is a hands-on social media role - you will lead social strategy, content planning, community management, organic boosting, social media reporting and social content production where needed. You will work closely across various teams to deliver high-impact, culturally relevant social storytelling.

This is a role for someone who can balance strategy and creativity, performance and purpose, and always-on storytelling with campaign moments.
You will be a confident, experienced social media professional who brings both heart and rigour to your work. The right person for this role will have 3–5 years’ experience leading social media strategy and execution and proven success managing branded social channels and driving measurable engagement.

You will have strong storytelling skills, including short-form video and platform-native content and experience using analytics, content management, and social advertising tools along with content creation tools such as Capcut and Canva.

You will have the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, reactive environment with high attention to detail and a strong instinct for brand voice and tone.
