Our candidate spent 12 years in the UK working at a Marketing Communications agency with luxury brands. They collaborated with the design team to resize and repurpose assets for global use across campaigns, posters, POS, and win ads (e.g., updating collateral when Federer won Wimbledon). Starting as an Artworker, they later moved into a Team Lead role within the marketing product team, where they led the designers.
