Producer / Production Manager

A Producer with over 10 years of experience - with strengths in short form content and TVC, but also experience with longer form narrative work and more integrated advertising producing. Also has experience working as 1st AD/ camera - as well as solid exposure to post.
Exactly what you expect from a Producer - articulate, organised, thorough; and knows how to strike the balance between a happy team, happy client and excellence - communicating with clear boundaries/ schedules/ budgets and always managing to find a win win - with a preference for 'cutting to the chase' to ensure things move fast and everyone works with efficiency.
Excellent mid-senior level looking for the chance to have a more creative producer experience. Available for freelance and contract, or the perfect full time role.
